Luxor Digital Center is situated near the corner of El Madina Street and El Takwen El-Mahany which is beside and to the west of the OMR Market in El Medina Street. The shop was established in 2003 by its proprietor, Mr Ehab Edward, who recognised a requirement in Luxor for high quality computer equipment at fixed and competitive prices. In response to the popularity of laptops and notebooks Luxor Digital Center now specialises in these computers and offers a range of new and used models together with a repair service. However all types of personal computers can be supplied to any bespoke requirements.

In 1991 Ehab Edward graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Assute University, Sohage Branch in Computer Science. From 1995 he started working with computer systems for companies in Egypt on both hardware and software aspects of the industry. This experience has been subsequently utilised in his business enabling him to carry out repairs and other specialist requirements in meeting customers' needs.
